To help you meet your goals, an individual coaching package would provide you with the level of support necessary to shorten your timeline to success.
The objective of individual coaching is to give you targeted feedback, strategy, and advice where you need it. Together we’ll identify your main health goals and create a roadmap of simple steps to help you achieve them.
The scope of each coaching session is fully dependent on your needs. So if your mindset is holding you back, we’ll peel back the layers to identify and address any limiting beliefs. Or if you’re struggling to come up with the tactics and strategies to help you in a specific area, we’ll create a doable, custom plan that outlines what you need to do to get where you want to be.
With individual coaching, we’ll have weekly 1:1 30-minute coaching calls on Zoom throughout the duration of your package. After each session you’ll receive action steps to be completed prior to your next call. The priorities for each upcoming session will be based on what was accomplished during the previous session, as well as any issues identified in our conversations between calls.
1:1 Coaching Package (1-Month Duration):
We’ll work together over a month to help you hit your goals through weekly coaching sessions, unlimited messenger support, and all of the tools, educational materials and resources you may need.
The 1-month individual coaching package includes:
- (4) 30-min weekly 1:1 Zoom calls
- Detailed session notes with outlined action steps
- Access to private client tools, frameworks, and other resources
- Unlimited messenger support during office hours
